SHIPPING & RETURNS

All of our handmade personalised jute bags are sent out usually within 3 working days after the initial order has been made providing that all of the required information for the design has been supplied by the customer.

 

If required we are able to provide our customers with the Royal Mail tracking number when we post out your personalised jute bag. From the time of ordering the jute bags, we aim to get them delivered to your door within one week. However, this may be extended at busier times of the year such as Christmas.

 

At Cheryl's Creations, we work with the Royal Mail to ensure that our customers successfully receive their order. Personalised jute bags are posted out second class recorded delivery as a standard. However, at the buyer's expense, we can dispatch orders out as first class recorded delivery via the Royal Mail if an item is required for a specific date.
